Well Sonnen Porsche here is a mega seller and they appear to have the new Taycan is it called? I saw one near the dealer so maybe a test drive. Not great pics sorry.

Interesting. That doesn’t look like a factory package from Jeep but there were all sorts of interesting looks for CJs and YJs with which I’m mostly unfamiliar.

Yeah I’ve never seen that, could be aftermarket. They had Oregon plates.

I wonder how the Taycan is selling... they had a lot (by Porsche volume standards) of deposits down. And Bill Gates liked his.
But, it feels like the category saturates fast as the Early Adopting types race out to get one right away. And everybody else goes “that’s a lot of money for a car that’s not as flexible as my Cayenne or Panamera.”

Everyone around here already has a 911 and a Macan/Cayenne, Marin is Porsche town USA. I have no doubt people will buy these over a Tesla if they can. I expect to see a lot more of them, I bet they are just getting them in since I haven’t seen them in the showroom as I drove by lately. But I can see that argument for buyers, they have to really want an EV.
